For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used cosmetic products. Once a product has been opened, we cannot guarantee its safety and quality.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at helpwarden@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Unopened products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and sealed. Please contact our customer service for instructions on returning unopened items.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
